Chef De Partie Mosman

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our rapid-paced, Mediterranean-inspired kitchen.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing your section, maintaining exceptional food quality standards, and supporting the Head Chef in daily operations. Experience with Mediterranean cuisine is highly regarded, and solid pastry preparation and service experience is essential.
