We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead the kitchen at St Siandra, one of Sydney’s most exciting waterfront dining destinations.

This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and driven culinary leader to take ownership of a Mediterranean-inspired menu and deliver elevated guest experiences.

Working alongside an experienced hospitality group, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the next chapter of St Siandra as we continue to build one of Sydney’s leading dining venues.

About the Role

You will lead all aspects of kitchen operations, including: Menu development and seasonal direction

Team leadership, training, and culture

Service execution and consistency

Food cost management and supplier relationships

Rostering and kitchen administration

Maintaining premium culinary standards

Collaborating with ownership and management on future growth

What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in premium dining

Strong leadership and communication skills

Passion for Mediterranean, produce-driven cuisine

Experience delivering high-volume, quality service

Ability to remain calm and qualified under pressure

Strong understanding of food costs and kitchen systems

A natural leader who can mentor and inspire a team
