The Role This is a dynamic, dual-function role where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:
- Front Desk Excellence: Welcoming our wonderful patients, managing appointments, answering phone inquiries, and handling payments (HICAPS).
- Clinical Support: Assisting our dentists chairside, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining impeccable infection control and sterilization standards.
- Practice Flow: Keeping the clinical and reception areas tidy, organised, and running smoothly.
