Bathers' Pavilion is Sydney's most iconic beachside restaurant, located at Balmoral Beach, just 20 minutes from the city. It operates with a fine dining Restaurant, a busy upmarket Bistro, a Thai Restaurant, a Function Room, a takeaway Kiosk and an Art Gallery. We are looking for an enthusiastic full time or part time Che de Partie who is passionate about the industry. You'll be working in a fast paced environment. We are focused on fantastic, simple food cooked with equal parts passion and fun. You will work alongside a dynamic team of chefs committed to preparing and serving great food right next to one of Sydney’s most spectacular beaches.
