**Date**:9 Dec 2024**Location**:Cremorne, VIC, AU, 3121**Company**:Ventia**About the Role** Ventia are seeking expressions of interest for Trainee Telecommunications Technicians for Permanent positions for **March / April 2025**.**We are looking for Trainee Telecommunication Technicians in any of the major states in Australia.**

As a **Trainee**, you will be working in a fast-paced environment across different parts of our **Telecommunications** division and locations throughout Melbourne while attaining a **Certificate III in Telecommunications**.- The ideal applicants will have the ability to plan and coordinate field works and liaise with customers.-
- NBN customer premise installations
- NBN Network maintenance
- Fibre Optic Installations
- Voice and Data cable installation
- Telecommunications network management

**About You**
- Qualified and polite communication
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Positive attitude and safety-first approach
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical which includes drug and alcohol screening.
- Be technically minded.
- The successful applicants will be an Australian Citizen or hold Permanent Residency within Australia and be required to undertake a National Police check and medical as per contractual requirements and hold a valid driver’s licence.
