**About the role**: We are looking for a UX UI Product Designer to join our team. You will take sole ownership of design across our digital products, leading the creation of intuitive, accessible, and impactful customer experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping seamless digital experiences that put the customer at the centre while driving business outcomes.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Deliver end-to-end design excellence
- Lead the full product design lifecycle, from uncovering user needs and shaping clear solutions, to development, testing, and optimisation.
- Craft seamless multi-platform experiences
- Create cohesive, intuitive designs across web, iOS, and Android platforms, ensuring consistency and usability at every customer touchpoint.
- Iterate with purpose
- Develop prototypes, integrate feedback, and validate ideas at all levels of fidelity to refine and deliver high-quality, user-centred outcomes.
- Champion design systems and research
- Maintain a consistent visual language and scalable design system while leveraging customer and market research to inform feature design and enhancements.
- Collaborate and communicate for impact
- Partner closely with engineers and cross-functional teams, sharing ideas openly and contributing to both team culture and performance to drive successful implementation.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, with proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of design principles and methodologies, with a keen eye for detail and proven ability to deliver intuitive, engaging user experiences across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
- Skilled at articulating design decisions, working effectively in Agile environments, and partnering with engineers to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Experienced in user research, usability testing, and user interviews, with a good working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge design and development.
- Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a collaborative spirit to the team, with valuable experience in health, nutrition, or fitness industries as an added advantage.
