**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this role based at the iconic Taronga Zoo Event Centre and acts as our first impression to our guests Tuesday
- Saturday! This role is ideal for a customer focused professional looking for a energetic and fun work environment.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Answering & directing calls
- Assisting guests with their enquiries over the phone and in-person
- General administration as required
- Exceptional communication skills
- Friendly nature
- Efficient & accurate
- Ability to work proactively & unsupervised
- Assisting the sales and events team with administration tasks
