Lead Dog Walker & Van Driver – Mosman Casual to Part time – 25 hrs/week to start, then to grow far beyond! Doggy Walking is one of Sydney’s fastest-growing dog walking companies, and we’re expanding our services within the lower Nore SHore! We’re looking for a confident dog handler and community-minded animal lover to take charge of our van and become the face of Doggy Walking in the Shire. What You’ll Do
- Talk Dog Like a Pro! Every dog is different
- you’ll understand their behaviour, tailor walks to their needs, and spot whether a pup is happy, anxious, or nervous. Being proactive is key. You’ll know how to act in all sorts of situations to keep tails wagging and walks secure.
- Lead the Pack Work confidently and independently, managing 16 dogs per day and up to 4 dogs at once (big and small), always keeping safety, fun, and control in check.
- Daily Dog Adventures Safely transport pups in our Doggy Walking van and take them out for structured, reliable walks.
- Build Lasting Bonds Become a trusted face for both dogs and their humans! you’ll be part of the family.
- Spread the Doggy Walking Vibe Help grow the Shire by doing flyer drops, visiting parks/events, and showing off the fun side of our services.
- Behind-the-Scenes Support Jump in with light admin and coordination while the van builds to full capacity. Why Join Us?

- Avid dog lover with proven dog handling experience
- Confident managing multiple dogs (20–40kg)
- Great communicator and reliable team player
- Open to helping beyond walking during early growth phase
- Driver’s licence + clean record (van provided)
