**About the role**
- **Provide** exceptional guest service; menu recommendations, processing orders and payments accurately and delivering food & drinks promptly
- **Collaborate** with team to ensure smooth service including addressing guest needs & concerns

**About you**
- **Passion for People**: customer-focused with a robust commitment to providing exceptional service
- **Communication Skills**:outgoing, bubbly & enthusiastic personality with great customer service and communication skills
- **Adaptability**:ability to work in a face-paced and high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail
- **Experience**:at least 1 year previous hands-on experience in a similar role with a basic understanding of POS ordering systems and a valid RSA
- **Positivity**: a team player with a willingness to learn and strong work ethic
- **Flexibility**:availability over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
