GO.FARM is an Australian owned and operated agricultural investor, developer and manager. We specialise in identifying underutilised and undercapitalised agricultural assets and transforming them to highest and best use. Through investment in valuable people, technology, productivity and sustainability, we build our assets into high yielding, investment grade farmland businesses.

GO.FARM’s vision for transforming Australian agriculture has driven the development and management of $1B worth of agricultural assets, including approx. 90,000 hectares of farmland producing a range of high value agricultural crops, including grains, oilseeds, citrus, tomatoes and tree nut crops across southern Australia.

**The Position**: Reporting into the Finance Manager the responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following:

- Provide financial and management accounting support to GO.FARM Finance
- Input, prepare, and analyse management and financial accounting reports for farm businesses.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
- Support analysis of performance, benchmarking, and variance analysis to drive commercial decision-making.
- Monitor, review, and forecast cash flows for entities within your portfolio.
- Contribute to regular investment performance reviews.
- Develop your understanding of responsible, sustainable agriculture.
- Support with ad hoc finance tasks and projects as required.
- Establish and facilitate efficient communication lines, including regular productive meetings, between yourself, the Investment and Farmland Development Teams.
