About the Role

This is a quick-paced, 5-month contract ideal for someone with a high-volume recruitment or resourcing background, ideally from retail, hospitality, or agency environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

Team Member Recruitment Blitz: Own and deliver high-volume recruitment across multiple markets, helping to hire hundreds of casuals in the lead-up to summer.

Stakeholder Support: Partner closely with our Restaurant Managers and People team to provide a seamless recruitment experience.

Project Support: Jump into team initiatives and support seasonal hiring campaigns, employer branding activities, and onboarding support.

What We’re Looking For

Volume Recruitment Pro
- You've managed end-to-end high-volume recruitment campaigns.

Solid Communicator
- You’re confident working with hiring managers, coordinating group recruitment sessions, and sharing feedback clearly.

Organised & Productive
- You’re comfortable using recruitment tools, tracking progress, and juggling multiple roles at once.

Positive Vibes
- You bring good energy, collaborate well in a team, and roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
