We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Receptionistto join our busy Mercedes-Benz team on a full time basis at our Mosmandealership.

Responsibilities:

Answering and directing incoming calls

Greeting guests and directing them appropriately

Assisting potential clients with enquiries

Booking vehicles for service and recalls in ERA and Excel

Performing general administrative support duties

Requirements:

Proven reception experience in a corporate workplace

Exceptional communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Ability to work under pressure and multitask
