**WHO YOU ARE**: A strategic thinker with a passion for cultivating client relationships and driving impactful campaigns. You should have 2+ years of experience in account management within the creative sector, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously. With exceptional communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a knack for problem-solving, you are adaptable, thrive in a quick-paced environment, and have a keen eye for detail. Your responsibilities will include leading client engagements, collaborating with our creative teams, and developing strategies that align with client goals while driving agency growth.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- 2+ years’ experience as an Account Manager at an agency within the branding, advertising, and communications industry.
- Experience working with a diverse range of clients.
- Ability to positively nurture client relationships and network.
- Not afraid to take a call from an unknown number.
- Proficient at Adobe InDesign, Figma, Click Up, and Dropbox.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
