The Opportunity: As a Digital Account Manager at First Page, you will excel in project managing SEO & SEM campaigns. You'll be joining a specialised performance agency that employs some of the best marketing minds globally. The collaboration and knowledge sharing between our talented global team are beyond exceptional. What You'll Do:
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of digital marketing clients
- Build strong, trusted relationships by understanding client goals, challenges, and success metrics
- Translate client objectives into clear briefs and execution plans for internal delivery teams
- Collaborate closely with SEO, content, technical, and digital specialists to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time
- Proactively manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables
- Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and account growth in line with client needs
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure insights are communicated clearly and confidently
- Prepare and deliver regular client updates, reports, and strategic recommendations
- Address client concerns proactively and escalate risks where required What You’ll Bring:
- 1-2 years + of digital agency account management experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, paid media, and website performance
- Confidence working with performance data and explaining results in a clear, client-friendly way
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
