About the role

Provide exceptional guest service; menu recommendations, processing orders and payments accurately and delivering food & drinks promptly

Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service including addressing guest needs & concerns

Lead By Example by embodying our company's values and fostering a positive work culture

About you

Passion for People: customer-focused with a robust commitment to providing exceptional service

Communication Skills:outgoing, bubbly & enthusiastic personality with excellent customer service and communication skills

Adaptability:ability to work in a face-paced and high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail

Experience:at least 1 year previous hands-on experience in a similar role with a basic understanding of POS ordering systems and a valid RSA

Positivity: a team player with a willingness to learn and strong work ethic

Flexibility:availability over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
