Bartender (Mosman)

Bathers' Pavilion is Sydney's most iconic beachside restaurant, located at Balmoral Beach, just 20 minutes from the city. It operates with a fine dining Restaurant, a busy upmarket Bistro, a Thai Restaurant, a Function Room, a takeaway Kiosk and an Art Gallery.

We are looking for a friendly, experienced Bartender who is passionate about the industry. You'll be working in a fast-paced but fun environment.

**Responsibilities**: Reporting to the Beverage Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

- Execute smooth and flawless operation of the Bar and great drinks.
- Develop a complete working knowledge of the menu items and their ingredients and preparation.
- Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
- Ensure that all details of service are performed to ensure every guest receives the highest quality of service.
- Assist with creating and implementing cocktail menu changes to ensure fresh, innovative, and seasonal cocktails are available on the menu.
- Ordering and maintaining bar inventory control with the support of the Beverage Manager.
- Ensure bar opening and closing duties are up to date and completed daily to standard by bartenders.

**Required Experience**
- 2+ years restaurant and/or bartending experience
- Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks
- Strong commitment to service

- Excellent work ethic with a high degree of responsibility
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and build relationships
- Must hold a current Recent South Wales RSA.
