**The Role** The APS 6 Simulation Educator and Manager will be responsible for maintaining the daily operations of the Simulation Department at the Royal Australian Navy Medical School (RANMS).

You will:

- Manage the bookings of the simulation areas, both for the RAN Medical School courses and external organisations.
- Design and deliver simulation based educational activities for RANMS.
- Coordinate facility and equipment bookings, activity resourcing, health logistics, maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Consultation with individual instructors on the governance of sim-integration into course curriculum.
- You will manage the maintenance of all simulation equipment and items within the RAN Medical School as well as managing the stores and consumable requirements within the Department.
- You will assist in running Simulations for RAN Medical School courses and external organisations and manage the administrative requirements within the department.
- You will be accountable to contribute towards ongoing improvement of work practices.
- Manage and coordinate RAN Medical School Governance and Assurance Activities.
