Running Coach & Personal Trainer: 1:1 Training + Run Club …, Mosman Municipal Council

At Evolve Mosman , we’re looking for a Personal Trainer to join our team. Someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in helping people move and feel better. The role would suit someone with:

A robust running focus, supporting our growing run club community alongside 1:1 personal training.

Experience in tailoring sessions to meet the needs of individuals

A strong interest in helping people age well and stay strong

Great energy and who is a team player.

The role includes:

Delivering high-quality 1:1 personal training

Coaching and supporting our run club sessions

Running small group training sessions

Helping clients build confidence, consistency, and long-term habits

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a passion for running and movement

Is enthusiastic, positive, and enjoys working with people

Communicates well and brings good energy to sessions

Experience is preferred, but not essential. Attitude matters most
