The father is currently on parental leave and will be returning to work in the coming weeks. This role begins as a temporary placement, with the potential to transition into a long-term position if it is the right fit for both parties. This is a newborn-focused nanny role with some mother’s helper and light personal assistant support during working hours. The nanny will work closely alongside Mum at home and in the office, providing practical, hands-on support throughout the day. The primary focus is the care, routine, and well-being of the baby, with additional support tasks related to the child and family organisation as required. Key Responsibilities
- Feeding support and bottle preparation
- Nappy changes, settling, and sleep routine support
- Full newborn care and age-appropriate developmental support
- Supporting Mum as a mother’s helper while she is present
- Sterilising bottles and baby equipment
- Light baby-related household tasks (nursery organisation, washing, tidying)
- Assisting with baby transport and routine outings
- Supporting day-to-day organisation related to the baby
