Bar Supervisor and or Assistant Restaurant Manager Hotel Mosman | Mosman, NSW Hotel Mosman is looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager and or a Bar supervisor to join our team. The role will be tailored for the right applicant. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone passionate about hospitality, guest experience, team culture, and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced venue environment. About the Role Working closely with venue management, you will assist in the daily operation of the restaurant and bar while leading the floor team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of restaurant operations
- Lead, train, and motivate front of house staff
- Deliver outstanding customer service and guest engagement
- Maintain venue presentation and service standards
- Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS, and venue procedures
- Help drive sales and team performance
- Manage bookings, customer enquiries, and service flow About You
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role
- Robust leadership and communication skills
- Passion for food, wine, and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Current NSW RSA competency card
