Admin / Accounts Assistant (Neutral Bay)

About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Assistant to join our growing fast paced construction business. This role is ideal for someone looking to contribute to a supportive and dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage hands-on accounts payable role including, review and approve supplier invoices, EOM reconciliations and payment schedules.
- Maintain bank reconciliations.
- Provide general accounting administration support as required.
- Answer and manage phone calls with skilled phone manners
- Willingness to assist with general office upkeep including office supply and stationery ordering. About You
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in administration or accounts is essential for this position.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and office management desirable
- Excellent organisational and communication skills along with ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good phone manners and clear communication style
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident with data entry and general accounting administration.
- Experience using Xero a must.
- Experience using Procore will also be highly regarded but not essential.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to assist across different areas of the business.
