- based in Richmond is looking for an experienced passionate Cookie/ Pastry Chef to be a key part of our friendly cookie production team. Applicant's must have relevant industry experience that may include the following style of cookie production: Larger rustic cafe style 70g-80g, Retail packet style 20g cookies, Specialty seasonal decorated gingerbreads, Shortbreads, Choc chip etc style cookies and similar flavours. We produce in bulk and have state of the art cookie production assisting equipment with both (Vemag Robot 500 extruding cookie machine and wire cut cookie machine) plus sometimes our seasonal cookies are rolled on a pastry break. This role will suit a person with baking skill, speed and liking a variety of production work. There may be chance for career advancement or a leadership position if interested as we are a progressive growing company. The position may also include assisting with the production of other sweet products produced at our bakery if the need arises. This role can be full time or permanent part-time 4 days.
