We are posting an advertisement for our client, Beans & Butter Cafe, Moss Vale.

OWe're looking for a passionate Café Manager who's eager to lead our team and be an integral part of our community-focused success story.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating all daily front and back of house café operations

Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions

Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance

Rostering staff taking into consideration staff availability and planning for busy periods

Selecting, supervising and training staff

Maintaining a no complaint policy

Taking reservations, greeting guests and taking orders

Liaising with customers, suppliers, employees and sales representatives to make improvements and developments for the business

Maintaining the safety of all team members through secure work practice

Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximising customer satisfaction

To be eligible for this role:

Qualifications in management or hospitality management.

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.

Ability to positively lead a team and supervise staff.

Have excellent communication skills.

Pay: $76,000.00
- $80,000.00 per year

Experience:

Restaurant management: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

Australia (preferred)
