Assistant Manager Moss Vale

We are a long established cleaning company in the Southern Highlands. We have now grown to a size that we have a position available for Assistant Manager.

This person will oversee daily cleaning operations, supervises cleaning staff, ensures quality standards and client satisfaction, manages staff schedules and supplies, and maintains a secure work setting. Key responsibilities include training and developing team members, managing employee performance and grievances, enforcing health and safety guidelines, and communicating with Management.

You will need to have a minimum of 3 year cleaning experience in a commercial setting. Have excellent communication skills, a current drivers licence, eye for detail and be computer literate.

Hours will range from 11am to 9pm depending upon site requirements. Travel across the Highlands and Illawarra will be required (vehicle provided).

Job Type: Casual

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
