The opportunity: In this role, you’ll provide compassionate, person-centred care to older individuals, supporting them to live with dignity and independence in the comfort of their own homes. Your day to day responsibilities may include assisting with mobility, personal hygiene, meals, shopping and other daily activities, all in alignment with their personalised care plans. You’ll also support clients with domestic tasks such as gardening, helping them maintain a pleasant and comfortable living environment. Beyond physical support, you’ll foster a sense of belonging by encouraging participation in community-based social and recreational activities. - Hourly rate: $34.53 + Superannuation + NFP Salary packaging

- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
- An empathy and commitment to the care of older people
- Administer and Monitor Medications Certificate HLTHP007 (highly desirable)
- Good interpersonal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised
- Availability to attend our 3 day on-boarding program
- Current First Aid certificate
