**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily administrative tasks including:
- Cash management and banking
- data entry, process invoices, orders, and deliveries with accuracy
- Assist with payroll, rostering, and staff records
- Maintain stock control documentation and reports
- Liaise with suppliers and internal team members
- Support store management with reporting and compliance requirements
- Handle customer inquiries and provide general support when needed
**About You**:
- Previous experience in retail administration or a similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of retail operations or grocery industry (desirable)
