About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Retail Store Administrator to join IGA Moss Vale. This role is essential in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the store, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks including:
Cash management and banking
data entry, process invoices, orders, and deliveries with accuracy
Assist with payroll, rostering, and staff records
Maintain stock control documentation and reports
Liaise with suppliers and internal team members
Support store management with reporting and compliance requirements
Handle customer inquiries and provide general support when needed
About You:
Previous experience in retail administration or a similar role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of retail operations or grocery industry (desirable)
