Description:

The Role:

Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint an engaging hospitality skilled to a permanent Cold Larder role at our aged care residence in Bundanoon

Roster:

Monday to Friday
- 38hours. 6.30am to 2.30pm

What This Role Involves:

Preparing and serving meals

Re-stocking as required

Special diet modifications including allergies/intolerances, supplements and texture modified purees

Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices

Assisting the broader team as required

Preparing and presenting texture-modified foods

Skills and Experiences:

Previous experience in kitchens, food preparation and/or customer service

Experience in aged care or catering is an advantage but not necessary

A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service

Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
