Description
Lead Generation & Marketing Coordinator Moss Vale, Southern Highlands NSW Full-time | In-office role Salary dependent on experience Help build the lead generation engine for a growing Australian farm machinery business. Armour Group imports, sells and supports farm machinery for Australian farmers, contractors and rural businesses. We have strong products, experienced people, an established customer base, external SEO/web support, graphic design support, and a lot of product knowledge inside the business. What we need now is the right internal person to help pull it all together. We are looking for a Lead Generation & Marketing Coordinator to help build and run a more disciplined lead generation system across the business. This is a hands-on role for someone who can coordinate marketing activity, keep campaigns moving, help turn product knowledge into content, support sales follow-up, and make sure leads are being generated, tracked and acted on properly. You do not need to know farm machinery on day one. You do need to be organised, curious, practical, willing to learn, comfortable using technology, and ready to help build something properly. About the role This role sits between marketing, sales support, campaign coordination and business systems. You will help coordinate the weekly activity that creates leads for the sales team. That includes content, email campaigns, social media, product promotions, website updates, field day support, customer stories, reviews, CRM visibility, and contractor coordination. This is not a role where you will sit in a corner making social media posts no one measures. The goal is simple Help build a practical lead generation system that creates real sales opportunities. What you’ll be doing You will help with:
- Coordinating weekly and monthly lead generation activity
- Turning products, customer stories and field activity into usable marketing content
- Helping manage social media, email campaigns, website updates and product campaigns
- Coordinating with our SEO/web contractor and graphic designer
- Helping create product campaign briefs, content plans and follow-up activity
- Supporting field days, promotions, demonstrations and customer follow-up
- Helping collect customer reviews, testimonials, photos and stories
- Keeping HubSpot/CRM activity visible, useful and up to date
- Tracking where leads are coming from and what activity is producing enquiry
- Helping build dashboards, checklists, templates and repeatable workflows
- Using tools, AI and automation where they make the work faster, clearer or more consistent
- Working with sales and management to make sure good ideas become actual output Who this role would suit This role could suit someone who is already working as a:
- Marketing Coordinator
- Digital Marketing Coordinator
- Content Coordinator
- Campaign Coordinator
- Sales & Marketing Coordinator
- CRM / Sales Support Coordinator
- Marketing Assistant ready for the next step It could also suit a recent marketing, business or communications graduate with strong book knowledge, good writing ability, strong organisation skills and the right attitude. We are open to experience level. What matters most is that you are practical, organised, commercially curious and willing to have a crack. What we’re looking for The right person will likely be:
- Organised and good at keeping work moving
- A explicit communicator
- Comfortable chasing information from busy people
- Interested in marketing, sales and customer behaviour
- Able to write clearly and turn rough ideas into usable content
- Comfortable learning new systems and software
- Curious about technology, automation, AI and CRM tools
- Practical, not precious
- Willing to learn about machinery, farmers and rural customers
- Able to balance creative ideas with follow-through
- Interested in building a career, not just filling a job Technology and systems A strong interest in technology would be a real advantage. We are building a more systemised lead generation engine, so we are especially interested in someone who is curious about:
- HubSpot CRM
- AI tools
- marketing automation
- email marketing
- dashboards
- workflow systems
- no-code tools
- campaign tracking
- customer databases
- content systems You do not need to be a programmer. But you should be confident learning systems and interested in using technology to make marketing and sales activity more consistent, visible and effective. Experience that would be highly regarded Any experience with the following would help:
- HubSpot or another CRM
- Mailchimp or email marketing tools
- Canva or basic content tools
- Meta Business Suite
- Google Business Profile
- WordPress or website updates
- SEO/content coordination
- AI tools such as ChatGPT
