Duty Manager/supervisor Moss Vale

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members to ensure smooth operations

Train and mentor team members on food production, food preparation, and customer service

Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a skilled manner

Assist with scheduling and payroll management

Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement strategies for improving overall efficiency and profitability

Maintain a clean and organized work workplace

Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the restaurant or hospitality industry

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Skills:

Culinary background or experience in food preparation

Experience in bartending or beverage service

Familiarity with hotel operations
