Night Auditor/receptionist Sutton Forest

Responsibilities
- Greets guests with a smile and make them feel welcome.
- Answer the phone in a timely and friendly manner (as per the company guidelines).
- Provide guests with relevant information about the property’s structure, services, local attractions and facilities.
- Ensure guests understand the terms and conditions of their booking.
- Maximise sales conversion rates.
- Maintains a high level of cleanliness and care of all equipment and materials; and ensure security of property.
- Maintains effective operating procedures for the property’s point of sale cashiering computer system, ensuring accuracy and balancing of till and the department cash float.
- Complete night auditing procedures and passes on the information to the Departments and General Manager.
- Responsible for nightly audit of all front office and Food and Beverage transactions within the property.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports.
- Handles all guest complaints immediately, courteously and satisfactorily.
- Liaison with Reception team to maximise occupancy.
- Ensuring a professional service manner at all times.
- The handling of internal and external inquiries in a skilled manner.
- Receive payments from departing guests and process as per company manuals.
- Ensuring the presentation of Reception during your shift is qualified.
- Ensuring honest, direct, assertive, polite and consistent communication within and outside the Front Office Department.
- Ensure effective communication between other departments and management. Job Types Part time, Casual Pay $26.00
