Lead Generation & Marketing Coordinator (Moss Vale)

Lead Generation & Marketing Coordinator Moss Vale, Southern Highlands NSW Full time | In-office Armour Group imports, sells and supports farm machinery for Australian farmers, contractors and rural businesses. We are looking for a Lead Generation & Marketing Coordinator to help build and run our internal lead generation system. This is a hands‑on role sitting across marketing, sales support, campaign coordination, CRM, content and business systems. You will help coordinate weekly marketing activity, support product campaigns, turn customer stories and product knowledge into content, manage follow‑up activity, work with our SEO/web and design contractors, and help keep leads visible through HubSpot/CRM. This role could suit an experienced marketing coordinator, digital marketing coordinator, content coordinator or campaign coordinator. It could also suit a sharp recent graduate with strong marketing knowledge, good writing ability, strong organisation and the right attitude. You do not need farm machinery experience on day one. You do need to be practical, organised, curious, willing to learn, and comfortable using technology. What you’ll help with

- Customer reviews, testimonials and stories
- Contractor coordination
- Field day and event follow‑up
- HubSpot/CRM visibility
- Lead tracking and reporting
- Campaign checklists, dashboards and workflows
