**What you'll be doing**
- Assisting with preparation, mixing, baking and packing a variety of breads and sweet yeast products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the Bakery.
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- A team player collaborating with a passionate team maintaining high efficiency.
- Effectively work under time constraints while ensuring quality.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Certificate III in Baking preferred.
- Experience in a commercial Bakery with industrial ovens.
- Ability to start at 2am or Night Shifts.
- Valuable physical stamina and be able to lift 25kg.
- Own reliable transport and have active driver's license.
- Ability to follow recipes and understand methods.

Pay: $29.87 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
