The Role As our Pastry Chef, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your pastry skills and creativity, producing a range of delicious sweet treats that our customers will adore. From decadent cakes to delicate pastries, you will have the freedom to innovate while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation. Key Responsibilities
- Create and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, tarts, and desserts
- Design seasonal menus and develop new pastry recipes to excite our guests
- Ensure every pastry is beautifully presented with attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pastry kitchen
- Manage inventory, ordering, and ensure stock levels are consistently kept up to date
- Work alongside the café team to ensure smooth service and high standards during busy periods
- Keep up with food trends and use the finest ingredients to produce outstanding products What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience as a pastry chef, preferably in a high-end café or restaurant
- A deep passion for pastry making, with a creative and meticulous approach
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A keen eye for presentation and a high standard of work
- A collaborative and positive attitude – you’ll be working closely with our team to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers
