Residential construction supervisor (Meadows)

Residential Construction Supervisor Wildheart Homes is growing and we're looking for the right person to grow with us. We specialise in high-quality renovations, extensions and custom residential projects across Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills, with a strong focus on quality workmanship, communication and well-run projects. This is not a high-pressure volume builder role. We're a close-knit team with ambitious growth plans. We are looking for an organised and confident Residential Construction Supervisor who can prepare accurate estimates, coordinate trades and suppliers, communicate effectively with clients, and keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. The Role This role is a mixture of onsite and office-based work overseeing multiple residential projects at various stages. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and scheduling trades and suppliers
- Preparing estimates and assisting with project pricing
- Ordering materials and managing site logistics
- Managing timelines and maintaining quality control
- Communicating with clients throughout projects
- Reviewing plans, scopes and project requirements
- Problem solving and keeping projects moving efficiently
- Assisting with improving systems and project delivery About You You'll have:
- Residential construction experience
- Strong organisational and scheduling ability
- Estimating experience and the ability to accurately price residential building work
- Confidence managing trades and subcontractors
- Professional communication and presentation
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
