**An Australian owned family company** operating for over 52 years,** Pfitzner Furniture** is a high quality local furniture maker and retailer, plus we are distributors of Wood Adhesives from the United states through our business** Woodbond Adhesives.** We are looking for a person to fill a role of Admin Assistant to Bookkeeper & PA to General manager at our head office / factory.

This is an exciting opportunity for quality & detail focused person to continue or start a career in local business. You will have the opportunity to use your advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, Publishing, web marketing/design with social media.

We are looking for a friendly and professional person to join our team at Woodbond Adhesives & Pfitzner Furniture, a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality furniture. As an Admin assistant, you will often be the first point of contact for our customers, clients, and partners, and you will provide administrative support to bookkeeper. You will be responsible for invoicing and shipping adhesives orders from interstate warehouses via the WMS.

- Some retail experience is an advantage but not Essential
- Experience with logistics and practical skills are an advantage

This is a Full Time role 38 hours per week. The role is an administrative / office role but can involve face to face & phone sales.
