- Receptionist to join our friendly team.
**About Us**: **An Australian owned family company** operating for over 50 years,** Pfitzner Furniture** is a high quality local furniture maker and retailer, plus we are also distributors of Wood Adhesives from the United states through our other business** Woodbond Adhesives.** We are looking for a person to fill a role of reception office assistant to Bookkeeper & Director at our head office in the Adelaide Hills.
**Your Role**: As our Administration Office Assistant, you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our customers and partners.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Managing stock/inventory across warehouses in Melbourne VIC, Brisbane QLD, & Adelaide SA.
- Coordinating shipments to customers & communicating with suppliers.
- Assisting customers with orders, inquiries, and invoices.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greeting visitors and clients with a warm and skilled demeanour.
- Managing incoming calls and messages promptly and effectively.
- Supporting the sales team with order processing and customer service.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases using MYOB (essential), MS Excel, Office.
- Assisting with general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
**About You**: We are looking for someone who possesses:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MYOB accounting software.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
