You’ll be working in afully equipped health hub facility, including:
- Amodern fully equipped gymwith functional training zones and cardio/strength equipment
- Adedicated hydrotherapy poolfor low-impact rehabilitation and recovery
- Access togroup spacesand community engagement programs We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering outcome-driven, compassionate care. You’ll work with a diverse caseload including clients funded throughNDIS, WorkCover, TAC, DVA, and private referrals, with the flexibility to grow your hours up to full-time. What you'll be doing
- Deliver tailored exercise interventions to support injury recovery, chronic disease management, and overall wellbeing.
- Collaborate with GPs, specialists, and other allied health professionals to ensure integrated care.
- Facilitate group-based rehabilitation and health education sessions.
- Promote the role of Exercise Physiology within the centre and the wider community.
- Contribute to the growth of ourPartners in Healthprogram, helping shape the future of community health. What you will bring
- Accreditation with ESSA as an Exercise Physiologist.
- A commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
