**The Opportunity**

We are thrilled to offer an enticing opportunity for an Operations Support/Storeperson to become part of our varied and vibrant team at KOR. This position is a full-time permanent and is situated at Mt. Druitt, NSW.

As part of this role, you will engage in a range of warehouse and trade counter responsibilities on a daily basis. These tasks include assisting team members, delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining general cleanliness, and organizing the warehouse.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Receipt & dispatch of goods, putting away of stock, picking and shipping of goods, organising orders for customers, pickup and delivery of parts
- Customer service telephone enquiries and product advice
- General Computer skills: including invoicing, quoting, check pricing of parts, stock control & product data entry
- Assisting other team members in the workshop when required
- Warehouse operations and stock management including conducting daily stock counts, managing stock replenishment, and placing orders with suppliers on a regular basis
- Contribute to maintaining the store and warehouse presentation
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace

**Skills & Experience**:

- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work unsupervised in a fast paced workplace
- A quick learner and willing to gain experience within the industry
- Flexible attitude, strong work ethic, good communication & time management skills are key
- Proactive and can work well in a team environment
- Previous experience in stock management and customer service is highly recommended
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM (is desirable)
- A forklift license is required for this position, good knowledge of operating a forklift with safety compliance.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- To be eligible to work at KOR you must have full working rights in Australia with no restrictions.
- Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical check.
