About The Role We are looking for an early childhood educator with a completed Certificate III qualification to join the team. We are looking for a professional with experience in programming and the ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, families and educators. Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Work in positive collaboration with all members of the team.
- Maintain effective communication with parents/carers.

- A completed Certificate III qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- A current NSW Employee Working With Children's Check
- National Child Safety Training Certificate
