Casual position which can be Part Time or Full Time after initial probation period.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in cutting-edge programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage
- Run Shifts to deliver exceptional guest service on every occasion, demonstrating a ‘Guest obsession’.
- Review business results alongside Restaurant Manager regularly and openly communicate to your team, creating/following clear action plans implemented to achieve improvement.
- Maintain a culture that emphasises growth, trust and accountability.
- Engage with and promote continuous improvement and business change.
- Maintain health and safety measures.
- Take ownership of own development and drive growth opportunities.

**Qualifications**
- Shift lead experience would be desired
- Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work while leading the team
