Full Time Facility Cleaners (Mount Druitt)

**WHO WE NEED**

Challenger is seeking a number of enthusiastic, and results driven full time facility cleaners to join our team, working in a premier Aged Care or Independent Living Facility.

Previous experience working in an Aged Care environment is an advantage for this position, but not a requirement.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Help support the quality of life of elderly residents and make a positive impact to their wellbeing
- Complete tasks associated with maintaining the cleanliness of the facility
- Cleaning both front of house and back of house areas
- Follow schedules and SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Other duties associated with cleaning requirements

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7am
- Have experience in commercial cleaning and/or housekeeping environments
- Have a good understanding of the safety elements associated with the job
- Have a good understanding of cleaning chemicals and their correct and safe handling
- Have 2 vaccinations for Covid-19 and a current Influenza vaccination
- Have a valid NDIS Workers Check or willing to obtain one
- Have a valid police check
- Good presentation and grooming
- Sound communication skills
