Finishes Foreperson (Mount Druitt)

**The Company**

We are on the hunt for a motivated Finishes Foreperson to join a growing commercial builder with a wealth of knowledge in their ranks.

With an impressive pipeline of upcoming work, this is a brilliant opportunity for a Finishes Foreperson with experience across class 2 apartment projects to join a company with a bright future. You’ll initially be working on a whopping $150M project comprising almost 400 apartments in Mount Druitt, with an impressive pipeline of similar projects to back it up.

**The Role**

As a Finishes Foreperson, you’ll be responsible for spearheading the internal fit-out of all apartments across one of three 12-storey towers. A day in the role could look like:

- Programming, scheduling and forward planning.
- Providing supervision, coordination and leadership to all trades.
- Ensuring that WHS and quality standards are adhered to on-site.
- Ensure that projects progress on time and to a high standard.
- Representing the builder to the client and all associated stakeholders in a customer-centric approach.

**About You**
- Ideally, trade qualified with a strong understanding of construction methodology.
- Proven stable work history as a Finishes Foreperson on apartment construction projects.
- A track record in delivering multi-million dollar commercial projects on time.
- Be a great communicator and represent the builder to the client and all associated stakeholders in a customer-centric way.
