Chipmunks Childcare are boutique child care centres operating in and around Sydney. Our Core values are around enhancing educational outcomes for young children in the communities we operate in. What we require:

We are seeking staff who are dedicated professionals who value the importance of maintaining an optimum level of care and education for all children. We select our staff based on knowledge and values, vision for children and learning, and commitment to families.

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Educator.

As an educator you will:

Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, educators and the community

Create and maintain a fun, safe and engaging learning setting

Assist the room leader in implementing a high-quality educational program in consultation with children, families, educators and the community.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Hold a Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education or higher

Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates

Current NSW Working With Children Check

Able to collaborate with other educators and build strong programs

Working knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Passion, enthusiasm and a robust commitment to high quality care.

Previous experience working in childcare is preferred but not necessary.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $27.17 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Rotating roster
