As a Bartender at our Mt Druitt location, you'll be at the heart of the action, delighting our guests with cold beers, excellent wines, and the mouthwatering cocktails that Fridays is renowned for. But that's not all
- you'll also have the opportunity to interact with guests, provide exceptional service, and even lend a hand in serving food when needed.

Your role will involve:

Promoting our loyalty program to our valued customers

Crafting high-quality drinks that you'll take pride in

Maintaining impeccable bar etiquette while ensuring guest satisfaction

Preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair

Recommending and upselling our diverse range of products

Following our proven steps of service to deliver memorable experiences

Prioritizing our guests with a customer-first mindset

Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and attending to guests' needs with finesse

Verifying customers' identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance

Keeping the bar stocked and organised, while supporting the team with various tasks

What do you need to bring to the table?

A minimum of 2 years' experience in the hospitality industry

Versatility in both bar and restaurant settings
