Join our Coles Relay Team (CRT) on an ongoing, casual basis. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as relays/planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing.
About the Role:
Territory:MT DRUITT and surrounds (suburbs may include, but are not limited to Doonside, Marsden Park, Blacktown and Schofields)
Hours:Average of 20 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)
Availability:Wednesday and Friday availability is essential; flexibility for Monday, Tuesday and Thursday is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing strong relationships with Grocery personnel
Creating and maintaining quality relays/planograms in stores
Pricing and ticketing compliance
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
Previous experience in Planogram/layouts in grocery/retail environment is highly desirable
Strong friendly communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded (not essential)
Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
