We are seeking an experienced **General Manager** to lead a busy **gaming hotel** in NSW, with a strong focus on **systems, sales growth, and delivering outstanding customer service**.

This is a hands-on role for a structured operator who can drive performance, ensure compliance, and build a high-performing team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day venue operations across **bar and gaming**:

- Implement and maintain **efficient systems and procedures**:

- Drive **sales growth** through promotions, upselling, and team engagement
- Ensure compliance with **RSA, RCG, and ARCG requirements**:

- Lead, coach, and develop a **strong team culture**:

- Deliver a **consistent, positive customer experience**:

- Monitor **wages, stock control, and financial performance**

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience as a **General Manager / Venue Manager** in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of **NSW gaming and liquor regulations**:

- Experience improving **systems, processes, and profitability**:

- Track record of **increasing sales and customer engagement**:

- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Current **RSA & RCG (ARCG highly regarded)**
