Description
We're looking for a Office Administrator in our growing business. Hours will be from 10.00 am to 3.00pm three days a week.
**Job Description**:
- Greet customers and assists customers in any queries they may have
- Communicate effectively and politely with all customers and staff
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all aspects of position
- Answer calls and directs them appropriately and/or takes explicit messages and detailed notes
- Use the computer and office software as needed to perform a variety of tasks as instructed
- Order parts as instructed by owner/mechanics from various parts stores
- Invoicing, processing of invoices and purchases into specialized software and filing
- Maintain a positive attitude with all customers and vendors
- Keep records of parts received and tag or distribute accordingly
- Must be comfortable working in an automotive repair shop environment
- Light cleaning
**Requirements**:
- Customer service driven, enthusiastic individual who has attention to detail
- Self-motivated and willing to ask questions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and follow directions
- Some automotive knowledge needed
- Very organized and can complete duties thoroughly
- Maintain business casual attire and be well groomed
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $25,000.00
- $28,000.00 per year
