Absolute Academy is a leading educational institution dedicated to providing high-quality learning experiences for students of all ages. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VCE Math Methods and Specialist Maths Tutor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions for VCE students in Math Methods and Specialist Maths.

Develop and implement customised lesson plans tailored to each student's needs and learning style.

Assess student progress, identify areas of improvement, and adjust instruction accordingly.

Foster a positive and encouraging learning setting, promoting student engagement and motivation.

Communicate regularly with parents and teachers regarding student progress.

Collaborate with Absolute Academy staff to develop and implement VCE math curriculum.

Maintain accurate records of student progress and session notes.

Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with VCE math curriculum and teaching methodologies.

Requirements:

Achieved a study score of 40 or above in VCE Math Methods and/or Specialist Maths.

Robust knowledge of VCE Math Methods and Specialist Maths curriculum.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work with diverse student populations (various learning styles and abilities).

Reliable, punctual, and flexible scheduling.
