We are looking for a senior administration assistant or administration assistant (depending on experience) to join our fun and collaborative team. About the team and the role: Our Administration team are vital to our practice – they are the first people that our patients talk to on the phone and see as they walk through the door. The administration team consists of a Practice Manager, Administration Leads, Senior Administration Assistants and Administration Assistants who are supported by the General Manager and Principal Physiotherapist. We pride ourselves on having good customer interaction and ensuring that our patients feel at home which starts with the administration team. The Administration Assistant role will entail managing phone calls and patient bookings as well taking payments and managing the funding of patients. This will require exceptional communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders, high level multitasking ability and proficient computer skills. The Senior Administration Assistant holds the same roles as the Administration Assistant, but they are also responsible for additional duties related to financial management, such as remittances and invoice payments, and staff training, supervision and development. Someone with attention to detail, that is motivational, approachable, patient and has excellent communication skills would be well suited to this role. This role would be based primarily at our Mount Waverley site. What we are looking for: We are looking to find someone who is the right fit for our team.
